PLACING YOUR ORDER
Orders may be placed through this secure website, via regular mail, fax, e-mail or telephone. If you wish to mail or fax your order, simply complete your order form using the Shopping Cart and print it.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is accepted by credit card - we accept Visa and Mastercard worldwide. If you wish to pay by money order or certified check, please complete your order using the Shopping Cart, print and mail it. All payments are due in US funds. We do not accept personal checks.
SHIPPING
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the time we receive your order. When you place your order, please give us the date of your special occasion (on the Order Form) so that we may prioritize your order if necessary.
We provide FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING for all orders of $250.00 or more. For orders under $250.00, there is a flat-rate UPS ground shipping charge of $8.95. In some cases, we can also provide RUSH shipping as follows: UPS Overnite $39.00, UPS 2nd Day Air $25.00.
If you need your order delivered to a post office box or APO it will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. (UPS does not deliver to post office boxes or APOs). Shipping outside the contiguous United States is via US Postal Service Express Mail $35.00. UPS does
not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be returned for exchange only. If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 10 days of receiving it - in original packaging as received, unused and undamaged. You will be issued a store credit and may apply that credit to any item in our Catalog. If there is a credit balance remaining after your exchange, you will retain that credit indefinitely for use at any time in the future. If there is a balance due, it will be charged to your credit card account. If paying by money order or certified check and there is a balance due, please include it with your reorder. Shipping charges are not creditable under any circumstances. Merchandise may not be returned after the date of your special occasion.
